Getting your studio in step…
Loading schedules, rehearsals, and studio details.
Sign in to build and edit your studio's schedules. Parents' public links and the staff rehearsal link never need an account.
By continuing, you agree to our Terms & Privacy Policy.
Your account doesn't have an active subscription yet. Subscribe to unlock the schedule builder — your data is saved and will be right here when you're in.
The schedule builder plus the full document library — handbook, contracts, letters and policies. Bought separately those come to $498.
The schedule builder on its own. You can move up to the bundle any time.
Documents only — handbook, contracts, letters and policies. This one does not include the schedule builder, so this window will stay until you add the Season Pass or the bundle.
Tuition due dates, closures, recital, picture day — anything parents should know. These show up on your public parent link and anywhere you've embedded the schedule.
Every studio this account owns or has been invited to edit, most recently updated first. If you're seeing a blank/default schedule, it's usually because you're on a different studio than the one with your real data — switch to the right one below.
This creates your own private, shareable schedule. You'll get a unique link back — bookmark it, and share it with your staff so everyone edits the same live schedule.
This customizes the tool for your studio — your name, your logo, and your teaching staff.
These appear above the schedule, including on the parent link. Point them at pages you already have.
Matched against the class name and shown to parents on the schedule. One rule covers every class whose name contains it, so ~10 rules cover a whole season. First matching rule wins — put Ballet I above Ballet.
Checked against the class name and its age/level line, so Elite also catches a class marked "Ages 8-10 (Elite II)". Punctuation and capitals are ignored — Invite-only matches "Invite Only".
This only tags them. To actually leave them off a link, tick "Hide company / invite-only classes" in 🔗 Share / Publish — this window has no effect on what parents see on its own.
Turns these rules into a permanent tick on each matching class, so it no longer depends on the name. You can then untick any individual class.
Leave blank and the calendar runs 40 weeks from today.
Enter each teacher's usual weekly hours. The schedule will flag a class if the lead teacher or an assistant is placed outside those hours.
Specific dates this teacher won't be here. These save straight away — no need to press Save Availability.
Holidays and breaks. Nothing on these dates will ask for a sub, whoever is away.
🔒Teacher hours are stored in a staff-only Firestore area. They do not appear on parent schedules or public links.
Every class left uncovered by a day away, based on the schedule you have open now. Pick who's covering and it saves immediately.
🔒Staff-only. None of this appears on parent schedules or public links.
A read-only version of your schedule for parents or your website. It never shows teacher names and nobody can edit it.
Paste this into an "embed" or "custom HTML" block on your site (Squarespace, Wix, and WordPress all have one) — it shows the live schedule right on your page, no extra work when you update it here.
Share this link with your staff — not your parents. It shows the finalized class schedule as a locked backdrop, and lets teachers book their own private lessons, rehearsals, and open studio time without going through you. They can never move or edit an actual class here.
That time is already booked in this studio — pick a different time, room, or duration.
Snapshots everything currently on the grid — placements, times, teachers, all of it — under a name you can load again later, like starting next season from this one.
Open a season to work on it. Whatever is currently on the grid is saved first, so nothing is lost.
Each week is its own layer of rehearsal and solo bookings. Your locked class schedule stays exactly the same underneath every week — adding a week never touches it.
The lead teacher is set on the card. Check anyone else assisting or co-teaching — they'll be included in double-booking checks too.
Check every dancer taking this class. We'll flag it if any of them are also scheduled somewhere else at an overlapping time.
Click the colors you like to add or remove them from your palette. Whatever's selected when you hit Apply becomes the set every class picks from.
